Our Story
Billman was born out of frustration with existing billing software. In 2020, our founder visited his uncle's retail store in Jaipur and saw him struggling with complicated software that cost ₹10,000 per year and still had bugs.
We realized there was a gap in the market. Existing solutions were either too expensive, too complicated, or didn't work offline. We wanted to build something different - something that would work for a small kirana store owner as well as a multi-location wholesale distributor.
After two years of development and testing with hundreds of early users, we launched Billman in 2022. Today, over 10,000 businesses across India trust Billman for their billing, inventory, and accounting needs.
