We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (monthly, annual, multi-year, and lifetime). If you are not satisfied with Billman for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
Free Mobile App
The mobile app is free forever. There are no charges, trials, or refunds to process for the mobile app. You can use it indefinitely at no cost.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime. Access continues until end of current billing period.
- Annual/multi-year subscriptions: Cancel anytime. Access continues until subscription expires.
- Lifetime license: Non-refundable after 7-day guarantee period. Access continues forever.
To cancel, go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription, or contact our support team.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available in these situations:
- Within 7 days of purchase (100% refund)
- Duplicate payment or billing error (full refund)
- Service downtime exceeding 48 hours (pro-rated refund)
- Feature promised but not delivered (case-by-case basis)
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds in these cases:
- After 7-day guarantee period (except for billing errors)
- Partial refunds for unused subscription time (except service downtime)
- Change of mind after 7 days
- Violation of Terms of Service leading to account termination
- Inability to use due to system requirements not being met
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order details
- Include reason for refund (optional but helps us improve)
- We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be credited to original payment method
- You will receive confirmation email once processed
Subscription Renewals
Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date. We send reminder emails 7 days before renewal. If you forget to cancel and are charged, contact us within 48 hours for a refund.
Downgrades
You can downgrade from annual to monthly or from paid to free (mobile only) at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time, but you can use the service until subscription expires.
Additional User Charges
Additional user seats can be cancelled anytime. Charges are pro-rated. If you add a user mid-cycle, you pay only for remaining days. If you remove a user, credit is applied to next billing cycle.
Data After Cancellation
After cancelling your subscription, you can still access the mobile app with all features. Desktop and web access will be disabled. Your data is retained for 90 days, allowing you to reactivate or export it. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted unless you have an active mobile account.
