1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Billman software ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Billman provides billing, inventory management, and accounting software for businesses. The Service is available on desktop (Windows), mobile (Android), and web platforms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with prior notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

The mobile app is free forever. Desktop and web access require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly, annual, or one-time (lifetime) basis. All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain all rights to the data you enter into Billman. We do not claim any ownership over your business data. We collect and process data only as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Upload malicious code or viruses
Reverse engineer or decompile the software
Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Billman Technologies Pvt Ltd and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or financial losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
